Everyone in Arizona has heard about the problems that we’ve been having in Maricopa the past two years as far as foreclosed houses are concerned. It’s a dangerous issue, and when I was in danger of missing a mortgage payment because the economy’s got me down, I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t another victim of this housing crisis in Maricopa. I took care of the mortgage barely, but then I didn’t have enough money for my other monthly bills. I had to find a way to get money, but I couldn’t get approved for a bank loan from any banks in Maricopa, Stanfield, Casa Grande, or in Sacaton. Guess it really hurts your chances to get a loan if you’ve got bad credit. But then I found that I could get approved for a title loan in Maricopa online. I just had to give them my car’s title as collateral, I got to keep my car, and I got cash that was enough to pay my bills. I am doing much better now and hopefully with the market about to turn, everyone else in Maricopa will do better as well.
